Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 are packaged in specialized shock-resistant protective cartons and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

2. CARRIERS

• Domestic Shipments (Turkey): Delivered via Aras Cargo.
• International Shipments: Handled via DHL Express or FedEx Air Freight.

3. TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS

As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and direct link will be delivered via email and SMS.

4. DAMAGED PARCELS

Please inspect parcels upon delivery. In the rare event of visible transport damage, request a formal damage assessment report from the courier before accepting.
