1. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order free of charge prior to shipment by contacting info@lockedfire.com with your order number. Once approved, refund instructions are submitted immediately.

2. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery date under statutory consumer protection provisions.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

• Goods must be in original packaging and undamaged condition.
• Fire protection safety pins, nozzles, and factory seals must remain fully intact and untriggered.
• Original commercial or e-archive invoice must accompany the package.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

Upon inspection of returned goods, refund will be credited back to your original payment card within 2 to 7 business days depending on banking clearing cycles.
