Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded between the BUYER placing an order on www.lockedfire.com and the SELLER specified below.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to consumer protection legislation regarding the sale and delivery of fire safety equipment ordered electronically through www.lockedfire.com.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT, PRICE AND PAYMENT

The type, quantity, model, purchase price, and delivery conditions of the products are as stated in the order summary upon completion. Payment is processed securely via credit or debit card through the payment gateway.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY TERMS

Products are dispatched within the legal timeframe to the delivery address specified by the BUYER via contracted courier companies (such as Aras Cargo or DHL Express). A tracking number is provided via email and SMS.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without penalty, starting from the day the goods are received.

ARTICLE 6 - EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for fire extinguishers whose safety pins or seals have been opened, chemical agents that have been triggered, or customized goods.

ARTICLE 7 - JURISDICTION

In disputes arising from this Agreement, competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction in accordance with statutory regulations.
